Stefania Ramos Birch

As a proud member of the Latino/a and immigrant communities, Ms. Ramos Birch is a passionate and dedicated attorney and social justice advocate.  She has dedicated her life and professional career to defending the rights of underrepresented immigrants in the United States, especially women and child victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. She comes from a long family of immigrants and is very proud of her tri cultural (Mexican, Italian, and American) heritage.

 

Ms. Ramos Birch has deep roots here in the Pacific Northwest. She was born in Seattle, Washington, raised in the area, and graduated from the University of Washington in 2009. Her passion for defending the rights of underrepresented immigrants motivated her to go to law school and become an immigration attorney. In 2013, Ms. Ramos Birch received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she ultimately earned the Public Interest & Social Justice Law Certificate with an Emphasis in Immigration and Refugee Law. In December of 2013, she was admitted to the State Bar of California. Ms. Ramos Birch founded Ramos Immigration LLC in April of 2014, and has been a proudly representing immigrants in the greater Seattle area.

 

Siendo miembro orgullosa de la comunidad inmigrante latina, la Sra. Ramos Birch es una abogada dedicada, apasionada, como también defensora de justicia social. Ha dedicado su vida y su carrera profesional a la defensa de los derechos de los inmigrantes con poca representación en los Estados Unidos, especialmente mujeres y niños que han sido víctimas del tráfico de humanos y la violencia doméstica. La Sra. Ramos Birch es descendiente de una familia de inmigrantes, y se enorgullece de su herencia tri-cultural (mexicana, italiana y americana).

 

La Sra. Ramos Birch tiene raíces profundas en la región noroeste del país. Nació en Seattle, Washington, y se creó en el área, y graduó de la Universidad de Washington en el año 2009. La pasión de defender los derechos de los inmigrantes con poca representación, fue el motive para que la Sra. Ramos Birch ingresara en la escuela de leyes y convertirse como abogada de inmigración. La Sra. Ramos Birch recibió su licencitura de la Santa Clara University School of Law, donde también obtuvo su certificado en Public Interest and Social Law con énfasis en ley de inmigración y refugiados. En diciembre de 2013, la Sra. Ramos Birch ingreso en la California State Bar. Sra. Ramos Birch fundada Ramos Immigracion LLC en abril de 2014, y ha sido un orgullo que representan a los inmigrantes en el área metropolitana de Seattle.
